Standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds, Jahsirr is described as having a thin build with a medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and short black hair, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department. His last known whereabouts suggest he might potentially frequent the area around 15th St/Market St. The Police Department's appeal to the public is an attempt to swiftly to gather any actionable information that could lead to locating Jahsirr.
