The Philadelphia community is on alert as the police department seeks help in locating a missing person. Matthew O’Brien, a 22-year-old, was reported missing after he was last seen on Sunday. According to a statement by the Philadelphia Police Department, O'Brien was last spotted around noon on the 21xx block of E. Tioga St.
O'Brien, who is described as 5’8” and weighing around 200 lbs, was last seen donning an Eagles Jersey and jeans. The East Detectives Division has been assigned to spearhead this case, and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
