Pierce County Sheriff Cadet Mckinley Willhite has earned accolades for completing the Seattle Teen FBI Academy. Willhite, who joined the Pierce County Cadet program in March, recently graduated from the academy, marking a significant milestone in her path to a career in law enforcement.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office blotter, she has demonstrated remarkable leadership and a deep well of knowledge since joining the program, which has been enhanced by her experience at the FBI Teen Academy. The program coordinators were especially impressed with her performance, praising Willhite's outstanding efforts. “Being part of the Seattle Teen FBI Academy was such an amazing experience," Willhite shared in the PCSO Blotter. She added, "I learned how important teamwork is in solving cases and it opened my eyes to how much goes into keeping communities safe."
Mckinley Willhite's ambition to join the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department is clear and steadfast. Before graduating, she expressed her aspirations and credited the Cadet program and events like the FBI Teen Academy for enriching her experiences and skills. "My goal is to join the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department in the future," Willhite stated, projecting her forward-thinking gaze towards a horizon ripe with public service.
