According to the City of Pittsburgh official public safety bulletin, Morgan was last spotted on Suncrest Street in the Knoxville area around 5:30 p.m. The man, described as being 5’7”, with a weight of 140 pounds, blue eyes, and brown hair, stands at a height that one might consider average, and yet, his disappearance looms large for those who hold him dear. If spotting him, please note that his last known attire included a dark coat, dark baggy pants, a gray belt, and tan/brown work boots.
