Raleigh's Pullen Arts Center showcases local talent this winter with a vibrant display of art. Featuring works from Rick Bennett’s graffiti-inspired pieces to detailed still lifes and conceptual art, the Main Gallery celebrates diverse local artists from November 2 to January 26.
According to the City of Raleigh, the Pullen Chalk Wall will be displayed near the first-floor entrance, where invited artists, including Rick Bennett, create large, dynamic murals. Bennett’s piece will be on display as part of this evolving exhibition until January 25, 2025.
These 30 local artists, both emerging and established, showcase the diverse creativity of Raleigh. Their works highlight a variety of styles, techniques, and stories, each adding to the city's rich cultural tapestry.
The Pullen Arts Center will host a closing reception on January 25 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Attendees can meet the artists, learn about their work, and possibly take home a piece of art.
