Raleigh parents can introduce their kids to basketball with the Sanderford Hoopers program at Sanderford Road Park, starting January 11. Designed for children aged 5 to 7, the program teaches basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting in a fun, engaging environment. Pre-registration is required, according to the City of Raleigh.

The Hoopers program runs for four Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon. With limited spots available, early registration is recommended. The cost is $25 for residents and $40 for non-residents.
