Richard Tyrone Garcia, 43, was convicted of first-degree murder for the deaths of three people. According to the Stanislaus County District Attorney on their Facebook page, the jury found that the murders were committed to further the activities of a criminal street gang. During the trial, it was revealed that 16-year-old David Siebels, 19-year-old Alyxandria Tellez, and 31-year-old Edward Joseph Reinig were killed due to gang violence. The jury recommended the death penalty for Garcia. His sentencing will take place on January 14, 2025, at the Stanislaus County Superior Court, as reported by the Stanislaus County District Attorney.
