A 19-year-old man from Sacramento, Chezvon Paige, has been arrested on suspicion of homicide-related charges following a fatal shooting in the Upper Land Park neighborhood on November 3. Police responded to a shooting at Kit Carson Street and Revere Street, near the Alder Grove Apartments, around 1:30 p.m. Officers found a man in a white car with a gunshot wound. Tresla Gilbreath quickly responded to the tragedy, as the victim was dating her niece. "I got to co-op, and my sister called me and said, turn around and go right now to Seavey Circle," she said in an interview with Hoodline.
