The Santa Rosa Police Department is reaching out to the community for help finding a missing elderly woman. Abbey Stewart, 81, was last seen yesterday when she called her neighbor to say she was lost near the Costco area in Santa Rosa. Despite an attempt by a community member to assist Stewart in finding her home, she remains missing.

Described as 5'07" tall, weighing 135 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes, Stewart was driving her 2023 Kia Forte, bearing the license plate number 9EYW136. The last confirmed sighting placed her at approximately 8:13pm on Stony Point Rd. near Highway 116. Concerns for her safety are heightened due to her mental state during the last contact, her history of seizures, and because it is her first time being reported missing. The Santa Rosa Police Department emphasized she typically does not leave without notifying someone and has no history of getting lost.
