The Santa Train is back this December after a break since 2019, offering families a festive ride from Raleigh Union Station to Greensboro on Saturday next week. Passengers can enjoy the holiday cheer and meet Santa and Mrs. Claus along the way, as reported by the N.C. Department of Transportation.
The Santa Train returns this year, with tickets likely to sell out quickly. Families can enjoy holiday snacks and greetings from Santa and Mrs. Claus as the train departs Raleigh at 10 a.m., passing through Cary, Durham, and Burlington before reaching Greensboro.

The Santa Train departs Raleigh on Piedmont Train #73 between 10 a.m. and 11:08 a.m., arriving in Greensboro at 11:33 a.m. The return trip on Piedmont Train #72 leaves Greensboro at 12:20 p.m., reaching Raleigh by 2:02 p.m. Remember to arrive 30 minutes early for check-in.
