The Santa Rosa community is on high alert as local law enforcement officials continue their search for 78-year-old Miriam Helm, who disappeared from the Memory Care Unit at Vineyard at Fountaingrove. She was last seen yesterday around 5:30 p.m. According to the Santa Rosa Police Department's alert, Ms. Helm was wearing a long-sleeve green sweater over a blue undershirt and blue jeans at the time of her disappearance.
There is an active Search and Rescue operation underway for her. She is still missing as of 6:00 a.m. today.
The authorities are urging anyone with information on Miriam's whereabouts to contact the Santa Rosa Police Department at their non-emergency number, (707) 528-5222.
