
Concern is mounting as authorities continue their search for Matthew Friday, a 15-year-old boy from Tampa who has been reported missing since Thursday. According to a WFLA report, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for the teenager, last seen in the 6400 block of Orient Road and caught on camera in the 300 block of Live Oak Avenue in Temple Terrace.
The urgency of the situation is palpable with both the community and law enforcement participating in the search efforts for Matthew, he stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds, has brown hair and eyes; he was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket when last seen, and may have been carrying a dark-colored backpack with a grey carry-on bag, as FOX13 News notes.
