In an event marking a significant corporate development, SFC LLP, an established accounting firm known for serving a diverse clientele, opened the doors of its new headquarters in Downtown Arlington. The important event took place on December 12, with the inauguration of the new office space at 200 E. Front St., as described by the City of Arlington. The firm's move into what is considered the first new corporate headquarters in the area in the past few decades aims to unite its vast experience with the vibrancy and economic potential of downtown.

Partner and CPA at SFC LLP, Paul Cary, expressed the firm's outlook by saying, as per the City of Arlington, "The new headquarters is not only a huge milestone in the firm’s story, but it is a steppingstone for the firm’s future. We look forward to growing and being a resource to the community," an aspiration that holds particular significance for the firm's future. SFC, with its roots dating back over 40 years in Arlington, has amassed a team that now numbers over 60, seeking to continue offering their services with the professionalism akin to national firms while maintaining a local presence and approachability.

Maggie Campbell, president and CEO of the Downtown Arlington Management Corporation, shared her enthusiasm about SFC's move. "We’re thrilled to welcome Sutton Frost Cary who brought their corporate headquarters Downtown – I believe it’s the first new corporate headquarters we’ve had Downtown in 40 years," she told the City of Arlington. Campbell looks forward to the added vibrancy and the influx of new businesses set to open in the area, including in the expanding Urban Union district, completing infrastructure like the new dog park, and more tenants lining up to contribute to Downtown Arlington's growing economic landscape.

Designed by architecture firm 97w, the new SFC headquarters is a spectacle of glass and steel, seeking to utilize natural light effectively and honor the city's heritage through iconic imagery. This new development is symbolic of SFC's vested interest to actively participate in and support the rejuvenation of Downtown Arlington's community and economy.
