The bulk of the construction is taking place at the intersecting points of Salem Avenue S. and Minnetonka Boulevard, and Joppa Avenue S. and Minnetonka Boulevard. Restoration of the affected areas is already on the docket, with asphalt restoration scheduled to begin next week.
