The situation evolved swiftly yesterday morning after a call led authorities to the 5300 block of Campbell Blvd around 10:45 a.m. They discovered a vehicle loaded with materials that raised alarms, necessitating further examination.
Upon their arrival and initial assessment, officers quickly called in the hazardous devices team to identify the suspicious material found within the vehicle.
