The police response blocked some northbound lanes of S. Gessner while officers conducted investigations and interviewed potential witnesses. They were gathering evidence at the 6800 block of South Gessner. Authorities have not released additional details about the motive or the individual in custody, as reported by Click2Houston.
Aerial footage from SkyEye showed a man getting off a bus with his hands raised, followed by other passengers. METRO police said someone fired a gun on the bus and that person is in custody.
