Early this morning, a teenager was wounded on the west side of San Antonio in a shooting incident involving two suspects. The San Antonio Police Department responded to a call at approximately 8:40 a.m. in the 300 block of Jean Street, close to South Laredo Street. Found with a gunshot injury to the hand, the 16-year-old male provided minimal cooperation to the police, complicating their ongoing investigation.
According to the same KENS5 report, the teenager indicated to the officers that he was assaulted in a creek situated just north of where he was subsequently found.
SAPD noted in a statement obtained by MSN, "He's not not very forthcoming with the information, so we're still working out the details right now."
