
Earlier this morning, a shooting in Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, left at least three individuals wounded, officials said. The incident occurred around 12:10 a.m. on Longfellow Street, as confirmed by a Westmoreland County 911 supervisor. At this time, the severity of the victim's injuries remains undisclosed, and authorities have not reported any arrests, as reported by WPXI.
The three victims were rushed to the hospital following the late-night violence; two were transported by ambulance, while the third managed to drive themselves, CBS Pittsburgh reported. The shooting took place between Hawthorne and Wallace Streets, a residential area now grappling with the aftermath of gun violence.
