
An incident unfolded yesterday morning in Sacramento as a fire raged through a second-floor townhouse on Greenhaven Drive, claiming the life of a juvenile and injuring two adults. According to CBS News Sacramento, the Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene to discover the townhouse engulfed in flames. Despite efforts quickly to extinguish the blaze, a juvenile was found deceased.
The two injured adults were transported to a local hospital suffering from injuries described as "minor to moderate," which includes smoke inhalation and burn-related injuries. Following the fire, the KCRA report stated that the Sacramento Fire Department assumed control over the ongoing investigation.
