Two individuals were hospitalized today after a collision between a train and a propane truck in northwest Harris County, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. The incident occurred on the feeder road of Highway 290 near the Hot Wells entrance at the 24800 block, resulting in a temporary closure of the eastbound feeder road from Skinner to Barker Cypress roads, Click2Houston reports.

Both occupants of the propane truck sustained injuries that were not life-threatening and they are now said to be in good condition at the hospital, the Sheriff's Office posted updates on social media indicating that while the situation was serious, environmental hazards were not a concern, according to details from KHOU.
