Four burglaries, the most recent after Thanksgiving, involved thieves entering homes while UCLA students were asleep, taking items ranging from electric scooters to jewelry, clothing, and cash, as reported by KTLA.
According to information released by the UCLA Police Department and communicated through various channels including an Instagram post, the latest burglary occurred on Strathmore Drive on the day after Thanksgiving Day, when two suspects gained access through an unlocked door.
In a statement provided to UCLA's official communication, the thieves have been described, and their vehicle, a gray Hyundai Elantra sedan, has also been identified.
In a more detailed description furnished by the UCLA Police Department, "The male suspect was last seen wearing a black hat, black sweater with white stripes on the sleeves, black shorts, white socks and black shoes.
