All aboard the holiday cheer train! White Settlement Community Services recently announced the return of its annual Polar Express Night at the Recreation Center, a festive event designed for families to enjoy during this jolly season. In a post on its official Facebook page, the Community Services department invited the young and young-at-heart to view the holiday classic dressed in their nighttime best—yes, pajamas are totally on the agenda.
This evening event, slated for December 13 at 6:30 PM, is not just about sitting and watching a movie. It’s an immersive experience designed to bring a slice of the North Pole's magic to life. The evening starts with each child receiving a ‘special ticket’ to hand over to the conductor — a nod to the film’s central plot device and a moment of real-world enchantment for the kids.
