In the early morning hours in Oakland, a tragic scene unfolded at the intersection of Terrace Street and Darragh Street, where a 37-year-old woman was found with injuries indicative of a hit-and-run incident. Responding to reports of a person down, Pittsburgh Police, Fire, and EMS units arrived on the scene shortly before 5:45 a.m., discovering the victim, who was immediately transported to UPMC Presbyterian in grave condition.
