Among those detained, a wide array of charges were noted, including Robert James Batzel of South Haven, who was arrested in Clearwater on December 2. Arrested on a charge of 2nd Degree DWI Test Refusal, his actions came amid a series of incidents that punctuated the report with alleged criminal activity spanning the spectrum of severity, as per Wright County. Jakhyia Deloris Davis, another Minneapolis resident, faced arrest in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for Possession of Shoplifting Gear, while others faced accusations, all brought forth under the blanket of purported justice invocation.
Arrests involving controlled substances appeared frequently throughout the report. Stephanie Marie Freeman of Maple Grove, along with Vicki Lynn Maas of Monticello, both faced arrests in different counties but shared the charge of 5th Degree Controlled Substance. Individuals such as Andrew Wayne Morton of St Francis and Donald Duane Shore Jr of Rockford found themselves facing similar charges captured under the same category. According to Wright County, more substantial allegations surfaced as well, such as Josiah Jose Wayne Sanchez of Montrose, who was arrested on charges including 1st Degree of Criminal Sexual Conduct.

Under its jurisdiction, the Sheriff's office reported a total of 6 DWI arrests and recognized 123 tickets issued for miscellaneous traffic violations that hint at an increasing urgency for road safety awareness.
