
An 18-year-old Middle River man has been taken into custody in connection with a homicide that unfolded during a birthday celebration in November last year. According to the Baltimore Police Department, Davion Foreman was arrested last Thursday for the murder of Kierra Tripp, aged 28. The fatal incident, precipitated by an argument, took place on the 800 block of North Wolfe Street at a hotel.
Foreman, who turned 18 on his arrest, was apprehended by Warrant Apprehension detectives at a residence on the 2200 block of Graythorn Road. Post-arrest, he was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, and there, he was charged with first-degree murder. The homicide that claimed Tripp's life occurred in the early hours of November 17, 2024, around 1:29 a.m., when patrol officers from the Southeast District responded to reports of gunfire at the hotel location.
Upon arrival, law enforcement found Tripp unresponsive, bearing the tell-tale signs of having been shot. First responders declared him dead at the scene.
