The incident, which is still under investigation, occurred near the intersection of Vienna and Appleton around 2:44 p.m. The driver, headed eastbound, reportedly collided with an unoccupied, parked vehicle and was later pronounced dead after becoming unresponsive en route to the hospital. The Milwaukee Police Department is urging anyone with information to come forward.

In a separate but equally tragic event on the same day, CBS58 reported a crash took place close to Appleton and Congress. The occupant of the vehicle involved, who is also 58 years old, was being transported to the hospital following a crash with a parked vehicle when the individual became unresponsive. The cause of this crash, mirroring the previous incident, remains under active investigation by law enforcement officials.

Meanwhile, Tippecanoe County witnessed its own vehicular calamity as reported by FOX59. A solitary vehicle, identified as a 2016 Chevrolet Impala, was found to have veered off the road and struck a tree on the 5400 block of Division Road around 6:14 p.m. Emergency services pronounced the male driver dead at the scene upon arrival. A witness allegedly saw the vehicle encounter several deer on the highway before swerving off the road. The accident is being investigated, with the driver's identity to be released at a later date.
