An early morning disturbance at an Alliance apartment complex turned deadly when Alliance police officers fatally shot a man suspected of killing a woman at the scene. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation has taken the lead in probing the circumstances of both deaths.
The incident occurred around 7:40 a.m. on Thursday at the Alliance Towers at 350 S. Arch Ave. Officers, intending to respond to a call of shots fired swiftly, encountered the male suspect and the female victim on the apartment's fifth floor, as stated by Capt.
