The City of Arlington is contacting its citizens, seeking input for its annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey. This anonymous and confidential survey, available online in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, aims to collect residents' opinions on city services. For two decades now, Arlington has made it a point to tune in to its community's voice through this effort, which is conducted in partnership with local independent market research company Decision Analyst.
For those living in Arlington, this is an opportunity to share how they feel about their local services and help shape the future of their city. Randomly selected residents, whose addresses and email contacts can be harvested from various city databases, will receive participation invitations. "The information obtained from this annual online survey provides the City of Arlington with valuable feedback about its programs, services and infrastructure investments," Budget Manager Devon Waters stated, as the City of Arlington news release reported. The city will reach out through postcards and emails starting today to ensure a diverse range of perspectives.
With the survey window officially opening today, January 24, and closing on March 2, those selected to contribute will have a limited time to voice their thoughts. It’s crucial that residents closely watch their emails and mailboxes for the survey invitations.
