According to a recent announcement on their website, Lynch was last spotted yesterday at 2:45 p.m. walking in Essex. She is described as cognitively impaired and nonverbal, heightening concern for her well-being.
Baltimore County Police provided a physical description, noting that Ms. Lynch stands 5’10” and weighs 110 pounds. During her disappearance, she wore a tan jacket, blue pants, a yellow/black kitten hat, and black/purple shoes.
