
The Baltimore Police Department has called upon the public to assist in identifying two suspects linked to a shooting and an attempted robbery on New Year's Day. The incident, which unfolded in the 2400 block of Saint Paul Street, resulted in a 47-year-old man arriving at a local hospital with a gunshot wound, a wound thankfully deemed non-life-threatening.
Officers were alerted and proceeded to interview the victim. According to CBS News Baltimore, the man was injured during "an attempted commercial armed robbery." To catch those responsible, authorities have released surveillance images, beseeching anyone with information to step forward.
The Eastern District detectives lead the investigation and are keen to follow up on any leads. They have disseminated photos of the suspects, hoping that community members will recognize the individuals and help bring them to justice. "Police remind the public that all tips remain confidential," FOX Baltimore reported, encouraging potential informants to come forward without fear of retribution.
