
Charlotte firefighters responded to a two-alarm blaze early this morning at an apartment complex on Park Fairfax Drive. Smoke was first seen coming from the second floor around 7 a.m., according to WCNC.
The local fire department managed to quickly bring under control the situation approximately 50 minutes after their arrival. Around 60 firefighters were at the scene, as first reported by QC News.
The Mecklenburg EMS Agency (MEDIC) was on-site, though there were no injuries reported, as per WSOC-TV. The cause of the fire remains uncertain, pending an investigation.
