The hunt for two suspects in a fatal shooting from November 2023 is ongoing, with Detroit police urging the public to come forward with any leads. The incident, which claimed the life of 26-year-old Joseph McKinley, occurred near Griggs and W McNichols Road following a parking lot confrontation, ClickOnDetroit reported.
According to the Detroit Police Department, the shooting happened shortly after 2:15 a.m., with both suspects making their escape in separate vehicles after the altercation. In a bid to solicit tips from the public, authorities have released an additional photo of the suspects, WWJ Newsradio detailed.
Detroit's Homicide Unit is actively working on the case and is requesting that anyone with information regarding the suspects or the incident reach out. Witnesses or anyone who recognizes the individuals are encouraged to call 313-596-2260 or to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak-Up. Additionally, tips can be submitted online through DetroitRewards.tv, which may lead to a cash reward if the information provided facilitates an arrest, as stated by CBS News Detroit.
