
A man has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following an early morning crash in Montgomery County, with local authorities currently investigating the circumstances of the incident. According to WJLA, the crash occurred around 2:40 a.m. in the 9800 block of Cedar Lane.
Police have reported that, the driver collided with a parked vehicle, prompting the closure of Cedar Lane between I-495 and Saul Road as investigations took place. Motorists were advised to find alternative routes while the area was restricted, as communicated by DC News Now.
The vehicle involved in the accident was a black Ford Thunderbird, which struck a Ford Bronco that was parked at the time of the collision. The force of the impact caused the SUV to flip onto its roof and subsequently hit an unoccupied Ford F-150 truck, WUSA9 reports.
