The Duncanville Police Department has announced that the BLUE Alert initiated for Robert Davis III, also known as Sean Christopher Davis, has been discontinued as of approximately 6:30 p.m. The alert which was issued following the fatal shooting of a Brazoria County Sheriff's Deputy in Houston, had been active since Wednesday. Davis had been identified as a suspect in the case.
At the time of the alert, Davis was described as a black male, weighing approximately 200 pounds, standing 5'10" tall, and last seen clad in a blue Nike hoodie with white lettering, alongside blue jeans and blue sneakers. The public had been cautioned not to approach the individual and to contact 9-1-1 with any relevant information regarding his whereabouts.
The Duncanville Police Department updated this information through a social media post, ensuring citizens were aware of the development.
