Turner's professional journey includes his most recent stint as Interim City Manager of Leander, nurturing the governance of a community that is home to 92,000 individuals. His roles have often intersected with the needs of growing cities, optimizing strategic planning and economic development. In Hutto, he demonstrated leadership by spearheading master plans for essential services like water and wastewater systems, selecting a police chief, and, paving the way for significant local business initiatives — as reported by MSN.
