A fatal shooting occurred last Sunday night near a taco truck on Telephone Road, close to Bellfort Avenue and Hobby Airport in southeast Houston. Police were called at about 10:30 p.m. after gunshots were heard, as reported by Click2Houston.
A witness flagged down officers, leading them to a vehicle with two men inside, both with gunshot wounds. The passenger was fatally shot, and the driver, alive, was transported to a trauma center. Lt. J.P. Horelica stated, "We do not know where the shooting took place, nor do we know what the suspects look like or what they were driving in or anything about them," as stated by ABC13.
Houston police are investigating an incident with limited information available. The identities of those involved have not been released, and it is unclear whether the death was targeted or accidental.
