Yesterday morning, tragedy unfolded as firefighters and paramedics from Travis County ESD No. 2 hustled to the scene of a seven-vehicle collision in Pflugerville. The mishap, occurring at around 1:30 a.m. on the 15200 block of IH 35, saw one individual needing to be extricated from their demolished vehicle, as detailed in a CBS Austin report.
Amid the twisted metal and shards of glass, a total of five people were seriously enough injured to be rapidly transported to local hospitals for emergency care.
