The time frames are specific to each weekday, ranging from a 6 p.m. deadline for Monday through Thursday missed collections to 4 p.m. for Friday missed collections. Reporting outside of this window means the contractors may not return the items.

If a collection is missed, the city urges people to leave their carts or materials at the curbside and report the incident using either the MyFW app, by contacting the 311 Fort Worth Contact Center, or via email.
