Houston authorities are seeking the public's assistance regarding the December shooting that left a man dead at 5145 Higgins Street. The incident, which occurred approximately at 10:40 p.m. on December 22, 2024, resulted in the death of Travione Pratt, 32, and now detectives are focusing on two individuals who might hold crucial information about the event.
According to a report by the City of Houston, these persons of interest, one of whom is identified as Vincent “Chuck” Mosley, 36, and the other an unnamed black male, were believed to be present near the scene. Detectives suspect they may have been traveling in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee or a silver Nissan Altima. While there are no charges against them at this point, and no clear motive, the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, including Detectives W. Huff and J. Nguyen, considers their input potentially indispensable.
The Houston police have issued a request for any information regarding the two persons of interest or the vehicles, urging anyone who might know something to reach out. Photos of the wanted individuals have been circulated in an effort to facilitate their identification and expedite the investigative process. In a grim discovery by officers dispatched to the apartment complex at the location, Mr. Pratt was found unresponsive, suffering multiple gunshot wounds, and subsequently pronounced deceased by paramedics.
