The Houston Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying suspects tied to a recent robbery. According to details released by the HPD's Robbery Division, the incident took place on the evening of December 3, 2024. At approximately 7:25 pm, two male individuals entered a smoke shop located on the 12100 block of Westheimer in Houston. Witnesses report that one of the suspects gestured as if armed with a gun, threatened the store employee, and coerced them to the ground.
While one suspect menaced the employee, both individuals proceeded to steal various smoking-related products, packing them into backpacks before escaping in a silver SUV. The suspects remain at large, and the HPD #1681814-24 is the case number linked to this event. Descriptions shared by the Houston Police suggest that the first suspect is a Black male, believed to be between 18 to 25 years of age, with a height range of 5'7" to 6'0" and a weight between 150 to 180 pounds, wearing a black coat, and tan pants. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 5'2" and 5'7" in height, 110 to 140 pounds, donning a red shirt, red pants, black shoe, and a gray mask.
The authorities are urging anyone with information to step forward.
