
An infant died in a three-vehicle crash on January 12 at 1362 North State Highway 6 in Houston. The crash involved a white Toyota Corolla, a black Hyundai Tucson, and a white Lexus RX450H around 2:15 p.m. All vehicles were northbound. The infant's identity is still being confirmed by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, according to the City of Houston.
The City of Houston's official report states that last Friday, the driver of a Toyota lost control and rear-ended a Hyundai. A Lexus then struck the Toyota from behind. The infant, a five-month-old girl, died from her injuries. Two other children, an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, along with the female driver of the Toyota, were taken to a local hospital.
