A Lawton couple is facing grave charges related to child sex trafficking. Jackie Antonio Duncan, 35, and Nia Hall, 30, are accused of exploiting minors for commercial sex acts following a federal investigation into their alleged activities, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

The charges stem from an incident involving two juveniles who ran away from a group home in May 2024 and were later found in different Texas cities. Investigations revealed that after fleeing the group home, the juveniles encountered Duncan and Hall at an a gas station and subsequently lived with the couple. According to a public record, Duncan and Hall are said to have trafficked the juveniles across various Texas cities, where they were forced into commercial sex acts, as reported by the U.S. Attorney's Office.

A juvenile recovered by law enforcement in July 2024 shared that Duncan and Hall kept the money earned, while the trafficked individuals received food and shelter. The second juvenile was located in San Antonio, providing a corroborative account of the events. During the investigation, sex advertisements linked to Hall, featuring photos of the juveniles, were reportedly uncovered by authorities.

Duncan and Hall were arrested on December 16, 2024, and charged by a federal Grand Jury last Tuesday, with sex trafficking of children, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and conspiracy. If convicted, they face up to life in prison and fines up to $250,000 per count. The case is being led by multiple law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and Bureau of Indian Affairs, across Arkansas and Texas, with prosecution handled by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jordan Ganz and Brandon Hale. The accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty, as stated by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
