This Saturday, February 1, Countryside Park will become the battleground for a friendly rivalry between the League City Police Department and the League City Fire Department, but not in the way you might think. They're stepping onto the kickball field for the Guns vs Hoses Charity Kickball Game.
Opening festivities begin at 3 p.m. with the kickball game set to kick off at 7 p.m., as stated in League City's official announcement. With the added attractions of food, bounce houses, and activities designed for a family outing, it serves as a perfect day out for everyone.
All proceeds from the charity event will benefit Clear Creek ISD's non-profit, CCISD Cares. Silent auctions and raffle prizes will also be part of the event, offering attendees more ways to contribute and win.
