The vehicle, a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500, was found overturned near Palma Vista Avenue.
Responding to the crash, emergency medical personnel had to extricate the driver from the wreckage and rush him to Sunrise Hospital with severe, life-threatening injuries. Now identified as Andres Hernandez, 30, the driver's condition remains critical but stable.
