According to WPXI, local police were summoned to the 100 block of Ross Avenue at approximately 8:25 p.m. on Saturday, discovering the man deceased on the sidewalk upon their arrival.
The unnamed victim, who now adds to the city's grim tally of gun fatalities, was found inflicted with a shot to his upper torso. As officers cordoned off the scene, casting a haunting glow of red and blue across the concrete, they took in the gravity of yet another life snatched away by gunfire.
