The incident, as reported by TMJ4, took place at approximately 9 p.m. on December 18 near the intersection of 23rd Street and Wisconsin Avenue. The authorities released a suspect description, stating the individual is a Black male, estimated to be in his 20s, with a light to medium complexion. He stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs between 185 to 200 pounds, with distinctive black hair in braids accented with blonde tips.
Following the assault, the suspect was reportedly seen fleeing the area northbound on North 24th Street toward West Wells Street. According to a description offered by WISN, the man was wearing a puffy jacket, described as having a greenish-gray material from the chest to the waist, alongside black cloth shoulders and sleeves, complemented by a black hood and black jeans. This distinct attire has been emphasized to aid in recognition and subsequent reporting by members of the community.
Milwaukee police have made an appeal to anyone who has information to step forward and provide assistance.
