
Elma Edwards, the 83-year-old woman reported "critically missing" in Milwaukee, was found safe about an hour after the police issued a media alert. The Milwaukee Police Department acknowledged the public's assistance in her swift recovery, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Edwards, who was last seen at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, near 70th and Hampton, has been found. FOX 6 had shared her description in their request for public assistance.
Edwards, who was last seen on the north side at North 70th Street and West Courtland Avenue, has been safely located. Milwaukee Police had asked for the public's help, sharing their contact number through news outlets like WTMJ. The quick response from both the police and the community played a key role in her safe return.
