The Sheriff's Office arrested 31-year-old Justin Fisher yesterday on charges of possessing materials to create destructive devices. According to the Napa County Sheriff's Office, detectives believe the items found in Fisher's possession were intended to manufacture bombs.
As the social media post recounts, Fisher has had prior brushes with the law. Back in 2019, he was apprehended in American Canyon with an array of items, including pipe bombs, explosives, pipes, caps, fuses, and drugs in his car. The recent arrest marks the second occasion within five years that Fisher has been implicated in activities related to bomb-making.
The arrest unfolded after the Napa County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant at a residence on the 300 block of Coombs Street. The operation was a joint effort, receiving assistance from the Napa Police Department, the Napa Special Investigative Bureau (NSIB), and the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Bomb Squad (EOD).
