With over 30 years in civil and structural design, Zarosinski aims to make Medford a model for collaboration between government and business. Ward 1's Kerlinger focuses on tackling Medford's housing shortage and supports mixed-use developments. Ward 2's John Quinn, with 30 years of experience, prioritizes public safety and fiscal responsibility. West, a Medford native with degrees from the University of Oregon and Georgetown Law, focuses on sustainable development and solving the housing crisis to keep the community inclusive. He enjoys hiking and attending local events. Keating, a history teacher with experience on local boards, is dedicated to improving housing, crime, and homelessness. He values "Medford’s big-city amenities, small-town values," and aims to maintain the city’s safety, affordability, as stated by the City of Medford.
