
Yesterday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's office successfully arrested a woman in North Harris County allegedly involved in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon incident. The arrest, carried out by the Special Operations and Canine Unit, took place after law enforcement received a tip regarding the location of the suspect, identified as Crystal Ceasar.
Upon their arrival at the 11000 block of Tobasa Court, deputies located Ceasar inside a nearby residence. Confirmed by the Constable's office, they promptly detained her without incident. Caught inside the residence, the details surrounding the aggravated assault for which she was wanted have not been disclosed.
Following her apprehension, Ceasar was "arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open felony warrant. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 183rd District Court," according to a statement from Constable Mark Herman's office. As of now, it's unclear if Ceasar has retained legal representation or entered a plea in response to the charges levied against her.
